The Linksys router configuration is the same process for either application. Have you configured a static LAN IP and Port Forwarding on your Linksys WRT54G router for the camera?

I'm setting up this camera in a separate location on a Linksys WRT-54G WiFi router. My provider is Time Warner and I have an RCA modem from them. I connected the camera and can see it wirelessesly on the local network. I registered for viewnetcam successfully however when I go back to the Dynamic DNS page to review the personal URL it's not present. I also try to enter the personal url from an outside network and it's not viewable. Panasonic said it may have something to do with my modem?? Is this possible?
